General Studies Paper-1 (200 Marks)

• Current Events of National & International Importance
• History of India & Indian National Movement 
• India & world Geography 
• India Polity & Governance 
• Economic & Social development 
• General issues on environmental ecology, biodiversity, and climate change. 
• General Science

General Studies Paper-2 (CSAT) (200 Marks - Qualifying in nature)

• Comprehension
• Interpersonal skills including communication skills 
• Logical reasoning & analytical ability
• Decision-making & Problem-solving 
• General mental ability  
• Basic numeracy (Class-X level) 
• Data Interpretation (Class-X level)

IRMS Mains Syllabus 

    Qualifying paper    

• One of the languages included in Eighth schedule of constitution.     
• English
